Safe Area

Would it make sense for a standard to be set concerning where on the screen an EAS crawl should be set? With aspect ratio conversion between carriers, differently formatted sets and all, should we establish a uniform raster location for alerts? Should it be different for watches versus warnings?

Slide/Video

Why not have some sort of video slide or live video stream during an EAN? In the event that we had to use it, shouldn't there be video of some sort while overriding ALL broadcast? I would think a video would at least give something to look at other than a 'black screen' on cable and satellite.
