After the FEMA webinar on 9/1, I got several inquiries from non-participating (NN) stations asking what they should do.
Don't we need official notice/instructions from either the FCC or FEMA explaining what they should do?
Two of the ideas that were asked:
- Simply log the EAN, and continue broadcast operations as usual?
- Log the EAN, and do something else during the Test (such as, note that there is a national test, and in the event of an actual emergency they would be signing off)?
